When will my introductory subscription rate end?
Most introductory rate periods are for 12 weeks.
Do you offer a discounted subscription rate for senior citizens?
Yes. The discounted rate is $2.50 off the current full price home delivery rate per week if you live in the Greater Boston Area. If you live outside the Greater Boston Area, the discounted rate is $3.50 per week off the current full price home delivery rate. To determine if you live in the Greater Boston Area or outside the Greater Boston Area, click here. The new rate per week for seniors in the Greater Boston area for a 7-Day Subscription is $9.75, outside Greater Boston it is now $12.00. To apply for a senior discount rate, please send us a letter and a copy of your birth certificate, passport, or driver's license indicating your current age or birth date. Do you offer a discounted subscription for college students?
Yes. The discounted rate for college students in the home delivery area is 50% off the regular home delivery rate.

Will my account automatically stop at the end of my introductory rate?
The terms of most home delivery subscriptions indicate that your subscription will continue unless you notify us of your desire to stop your service. This will ensure continued consistent delivery of your paper.
Can I pay for home delivery with my credit?
You can charge your subscription on your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Simply enter your credit card information on our secure order form.
Why did I receive a bill, I just started delivery, and have prepaid for my subscription by Credit Card?
The invoice is printed in advance of the charge to your credit card. This invoice contains information that you may need in the future. Going forward, you will not receive an invoice if you continue to pay by credit card.
