What is The Boston Globe Electronic Edition
The Boston Globe Electronic Edition is an exact digital copy of the printed newspaper. With the Electronic Edition, you can enjoy The Boston Globe exactly as it appears in print, including all photos, layouts, graphics, headlines, and ads. Every day the Electronic Edition is available as soon as the paper edition is printed, so you receive the news as soon as it becomes available. And powered by Newsstand, Inc., the Electronic Edition is a fun and convenient new way to access the best New England regional coverage, keep track of your favorite sports teams, and stay in touch with what's happening in Boston and around the globe.

What is NewsStand, Inc.?
The Boston Globe has partnered with NewsStand, Inc, to bring you the Boston Globe Electronic Edition. NewsStand, Inc. is a leading source for digital newspapers, magazines and other printed publications. Through NewsStand, Inc. you can purchase the publications you want, then quickly and easily view them on your computer. It takes just seconds to do and once they are downloaded they are available offline, so you can read them at your leisure. With NewsStand, you can see the publications in their original formats, with state-of-the-art color reproduction and astounding clarity.

How does this differ from a website?
The experience of reading the Electronic Edition is more like the physical paper than like a website. The paper resides on your computer, and is only available on that computer. The articles are not updated throughout the day, but rather reflect the final edition of the print version of The Boston Globe.

What subscriptions are being offered electronically?
You can receive the Boston Globe Electronic Edition subscriptions for 7-Day, Monday through Friday or Sunday Only. You can also buy single issues using Newsstand, Inc. e-wallet.
