Police shot and killed 15-year-old Malcolm Gracia on Thursday night after he repeatedly stabbed an officer. Gracia’s father died in a police-related incident in 2009.
Robert Gulla was so determined to keep Allison Myrick to himself that he stabbed her to death inside the basement of his Shirley home in a brutal act of domestic violence, a Middlesex prosecutor said in court today. Gulla is on trial for first-degree murder in Middlesex Superior Court for the Jan. 23, 2010, murder of Myrick, who a Fitchburg State College student. “He wanted her all to himself,’’ a prosecutor said of Gulla.
