By Vehicle
From Logan International Airport:
* Follow directions to Airport Exit/Central Parking towards Route 1A South (Sumner Tunnel/Boston and I-93). Go through tolls and Sumner Tunnel.
* At end of tunnel stay in left lane, take first left and get onto I-93 South.
* Take the I-93 South/US-1 South towards Boston/Cape Cod to Exit 22 "Chinatown/South Station"
* At top of ramp take 1st left onto Essex Street; then 2nd left onto Atlantic Avenue; then 1st right onto Summer Street. The building is located at the corner of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue across from South Station.
From the North:
* Take the I-93 South/US-1 South towards Boston/Cape Cod to Exit 23 “Purchase Street/South Station”
* At top of ramp, continue straight on Purchase Street
* At the 3rd set of lights, turn left onto Summer Street
* The building is located at the corner of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue across from South Station
From the South:
* Take Interstate 93 North (US-1N)
* Take Exit 20 "Logan Airport/Worcester/S. Station"
* Follow signs to "Downtown" to end of Frontage Road/ramp
* At end of ramp, continue straight on Atlantic Avenue and take right onto Summer Street at the 4th set of lights. The building is located at the corner of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue across from South Station.
From the West:
* Take I-90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike)
* Take Exit 24A "South Station"
* At end of ramp, continue straight on Atlantic Avenue and take right onto Summer Street at the 4th set of lights. The building is located at the corner of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue across from South Station.

Parking Options
Parking is not available at the Federal Reserve Bank, but there are several public parking garages located throughout the city.

* Continue down Summer Street and go straight through lights at the intersection of Summer Street and Dorchester Avenue; at the next set of lights take a right onto Melcher Street; then take a right onto Necco Street. The second building on your left is an enclosed parking garage. Just a ten-minute walk to the Bank.
* Continue down Summer Street and at the set of lights take a left onto Dorchester Avenue; at the next intersection take a left onto Congress Street. The parking lot is on the right. Less than a five minute walk to the Bank.
* Parking garage is located above the Greyhound bus station (at South Station) on Atlantic Avenue. Entrance to garage is on Kneeland Street.
* Very limited on-street metered parking is also available.

Subway (MBTA) - maps
The Federal Reserve Bank is accessible by the MBTA Red Line. Take the Red Line to the South Station stop. The Bank is the tall silver building located at the corner of Summer Street and Atlantic Avenue

By Vehicle
From the Expressway North/South:
* Take the exit for Storrow Drive.
* Follow Storrow Drive to the Kendall Square/ Government Center exit, and follow signs for Kendall Square.
* You will cross the Longfellow Bridge into Cambridge.
* After crossing, take a right at the first set of lights onto Third Street.
* Turn right onto Kendall Street. The parking garage is on your
right.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 Eastbound):
* Take the Mass Turnpike East.
* Take Exit 18 (Allston/Cambridge). Follow signs toward Cambridge/ Somerville. The Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel will be on your right.
* At the traffic light take a right onto Storrow Drive. Do not cross the river.
* Take the Kendall Square/Government Center exit off Storrow Drive.
* Follow the signs for Kendall Square, bearing left around the rotary and across the Longfellow Bridge into Cambridge
* After crossing the river, take a right at the first set of lights onto Third Street. Turn right onto Kendall Street. The parking garage is on your right.
Subway (MBTA):
* Take the Red Line to the Kendall Square stop. Exit the station, to Main Street.
* Walk east towards Boston until you reach a traffic light at the corner of Broadway and Third Street.
* Cross at the intersection and walk down Third Street. Take your first right onto Kendall Street. Genzyme Center is the first building on the left.

Be sure to bring a photo i.d. to pass through security at the Federal Reserve Bank.
