School nurses show their skills

Students at Boston Latin Academy are mourning the loss of a 12-year-old classmate who fell ill at school on Friday and died Monday from a probable case of bacterial meningitis. While outside experts are on hand to help the students cope, the most consistent and comforting medical presences are the two school nurses who staff the 1,700-student school.
