Lehigh is a columnist for the Boston Globe editorial/op-ed section. He provides commentary and opinion on local, national and international news, social and public policy, celebrities, children's education, culture, current affairs, Middle East, regional news, religion and theology. Since joining the paper in 1989, he has held a number of different editorial positions, but has been a consistent member of the paper's political reporting staff. As a state house reporter, he covered state politics, and also co-wrote On Politics, a column which offered political commentary and analysis. Lehigh also was formerly a reporter for the national desk, covering national politics and a number of presidential races. Prior to joining the paper, Lehigh covered politics for the Boston Phoenix and the Times Record in Brunswick. He is also a contributor at Boston.com, a national columnist at Richmond Times-Dispatch, and a contributor at The Day. |
