Jackson
Jackson is a columnist for the Boston Globe editorial/op-ed section. Prior to joining the Globe as a columnist in 1988, he was a reporter at Newsday in New York. In 2001, Jackson was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in commentary and is a five-time winner and 10-time finalist for political and sports commentary from the National Association of Black Journalists. At Newsday, he won the 1985 Columbia University Meyer Berger Award for coverage of New York City. Jackson was a Nieman Fellow in Journalism at Harvard University in 1984. |

Jeff
Jacoby
Jacoby is a columnist for the Boston Globe editorial/op-ed section. He started as a columnist for the paper in February 1994. Jacoby previously worked for the Boston Herald and as a political commentator for WBUR-FM, Boston’s National Public Radio affiliate. He is known for his conservative stances on many social issues. Jacoby is a recipient of the Breindel Award for Excellence in Opinion Journalism. He graduated with honors from George Washington University in 1979 and from Boston University Law School in 1983. |

Lehigh
Lehigh is a columnist for the Boston Globe editorial/op-ed section. He provides commentary and opinion on local, national and international news, social and public policy, celebrities, children's education, culture, current affairs, Middle East, regional news, religion and theology. Since joining the paper in 1989, he has held a number of different editorial positions, but has been a consistent member of the paper's political reporting staff. As a state house reporter, he covered state politics, and also co-wrote On Politics, a column which offered political commentary and analysis. Lehigh also was formerly a reporter for the national desk, covering national politics and a number of presidential races. Prior to joining the paper, Lehigh covered politics for the Boston Phoenix and the Times Record in Brunswick. He is also a contributor at Boston.com, a national columnist at Richmond Times-Dispatch, and a contributor at The Day. |

Vennochi
Vennochi is a columnist for the Boston Globe editorial/op-ed section. She provides commentary and opinion on national and local politics, and also issues relating to business, law and culture. Before joining the op/ed page, Vennochi wrote a column on the Globe's business page. She was City Hall bureau chief, State House bureau chief and covered national politics for the Globe. Vennochi began her career at the Globe as a researcher on the Spotlight Team, the newspaper's investigative reporting and shared in a Pulitzer Prize in 1980 awarded to the team for local investigative reporting on Boston’s transit system. Vennochi is a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk Law School. |
