Position Scope/Definition:
|
|
Assist the public Affairs department in producing a calendar of public events on a monthly basis designed to keep employees at the Globe informed.
|
Key Accountabilities:
|
|

Coordinate numerous special events and exhibits.
|
| • |
Create spreadsheets and preparing documents (Invitations, calendars, mailing labels etc.) for various projects/events.
|

Update contacts at the Globe and its distribution.
|
|
Core competencies:

|
Organized, interpersonal-team skills, strong written and oral communication skills, flexible.
|
Experience/knowledge/
skill/technical expertise required:
|
|
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet research, Database management.
* Grammar and spelling test required.
